Her collaborative approach ensures that Embark’s internal processes support client satisfaction, project success, and high-performance delivery, while helping drive efficiency and continuous improvement across Embark Maritime’s services. With experience at Dalhousie University in Halifax, the University of Michigan, and Ascension Health Beth is also an accomplished writer and speaker who is able to effectively and confidently convey a compelling narrative that educates and inspires to advance organizational priorities and drive results. Beth is highly skilled at managing, and providing coaching to, large committees, management teams, and organizational leaders. She values collaborative strategic planning and leveraging the knowledge of content experts.
